i really am! please let me know how long it takes you to time a video (let's assume ~20 minutes?), as well as your free time after the 23rd of oct and stuff (like if you're only free on weekends and such). i don't want to impose/mess your schedule up too much!

It would depend in the video actually (and how many are all talking at once ><). But at most (as in, really taking my time ><), for a 20 min video, it would take me 3 days to time. (In reality, whenever I have the time I rather do the entire vid all at once, so... 3 hs maybe?).
After the 23rd I still have lessons to attend to, but I would de able to set apart at least one, maybe two hours a day to time ^^ (and don't worry, I'm always happy to help, so you're not imposing at all! I'll tell you if things start to get too much for me to handle ^^ )

aw, thank you! all-in-all i have 7 videos to do, with two of them being ~40 minutes and the other 5 being ~20 minutes. ideally i want to finish at least 4 videos (as in w/ timing done) by 31 oct, since the first video should be out on 1 nov, and i can spend the 4 days timing the other 3 under the assumption they haven't been timed yet.

so how many do you think you'll be able to do before 31 oct, so i can properly work my schedule as well? it's ok if it's just 1 video -- i just need a number so i can figure out what i'm going to do around my thesis and exams and projects and all that nonsense, hahaha. and if you end up wanting to do more videos, you can just let me know and i can send you more things to time! no stress~

I just realized the times I told you first are what it takes me to time and typeset (I'm used to do both...but typesetting takes me forever since I'm quite the perfectionist when it comes to choose the right font, the style and position of any sign that may pop up ><).
So, all in all I'm pretty sure I can do those 4 vids by 31 oct (let's say... 3 of 20 min and 1 of 40? probably up to 5 if all of them are around 20 min).

omg, if you want to do all the 20 min vids, they don't have to ALL be done by 31 oct! just 3 would be fine, even, and the other 2 can be finished from 1 nov - 5 nov (as i think i'll release the 40 min videos for the last two days of tomo week).

I'M SUPER GRATEFUL THOUGH, AHHHHH. ;_; i didn't expect anyone to actually volunteer!!

Whenever you have the translations, just send them to me, and I'll get to it as soon as I'm free ^^ (I'll do as many vids as I can...after all, better to have things ready in advance, right?)

And thank you, for translating! :D I actually made a few years of japanese (should be taking N2 from JLPT soon, but kanjis are killing me!), so I understand around 80% of what's going on... but still I think is quite sad that there doesn't seem to be many subbed TOKIO around, even though they're always so fun to watch!
Anyways, understanding and translating are two completely different things (and english isn't my first language either, so if I were to try I'm sure I'd just do a lot of mistakes ><). So I'm full of admiration and gratefulness for all translators out there, and happy to help out whenever I have the chance! ^^

No worries, I know it takes time to complete a translation, and if you're busy with your thesis that should be your priority ;)

YEAH i'm going to bang out some shit this week, but this weekend (and the following week) i should be absurdly free and will finish a whole shitton of translations! :D

anyway, you can check this post under "elimination round" -- those are all DASH episodes that're available for download in the teatime archives :D as you can see i have 8 videos there because i've not narrowed it down to 7 videos yet LOL but i promise i'll work on just 7...

i have the transcript for "tokio hearth" available, but on a whim decided i wanted to sub the whole dash episode so it's become not just dash island but also on the road dash village. :| BUT IF U WANT THE TRANSCRIPT JUST LMK??
